5/28/2019	Conducted follow up visit to confirm tires were in place to segregate exposed liner area. Tires were not in place, but Austin with Barker Lemar indicated they would be in place on Friday 5/24. I spoke with Dave about multiple issues from my previous visit. Litter has been addressed in east fence and north of current cell. Trees will plan to be removed from closed areas and stw basin by contract operator. Erosion and stw overflow to the east has temporarily been addressed with addition of soil. More work needed. Cover was adequate at the time of my visit.	BRIAN LEE
