10/13/2017	I visited the site to assess the clay liner portion of the new cell. Recent rain had caused some rill erosion and sediment accumulation at the bottom, but the overall integrity of the new cell appeared to be intact. It was still very wet, so no liner activity was able to be conducted yet. No drying appeared to have occurred, but the clay may need to be regarded once conditions allow. I also observed the current fill operation and noticed that the slope of waste was very steep on the west edge and the north toe. The waste on a majority of the west edge and also the north toe appeared to be over 15 foot tall and drop off severely (near vertical) close to the waste.	BRIAN LEE
