3/8/2024	I conducted a follow up visit after Brian and I observed a very large pile of appliances that were in disarray in December after we visited Muscatine Metals. I met with Mike Weikert on site. He said that the crusher/bailer was not working when we last visited. The part was slow in getting here, but the equipment is back online. Mike provided me a visit to the north side of the property. The number of appliances were very few. He mentioned that Justin Winter's folks are being better when they off load appliances to them. He said that the City has been better as well and not just dumping the appliances on the ground. Mike said that his staff are doing a better job or relaying to him the issues that they are seeing, so he can address them with the businesses or individuals.	RYAN STOUDER
