9/18/2026	9/2/2026 - I stopped by the hospital, met with Phil Richard, and talked to Randy Glandon by phone. Randy said he would send records when he returned from vacation. 9/14/2026 - EPA certification, fuel analysis, and stack testing information (along with emission inventory) were submitted (attached). I sent Randy Glandon an email message with this request: I did not see a copy of your actual operating record (log) for the generator engines (for at least 2026). It would include the date, hours of operation, and the reason for operating. I also did not see the annual compliance report on the attached form.	BILL GROSS
9/11/2026	9/2/2026 - I stopped at the hospital and met with Phil Richard. Randy Glandon was on vacation, but called in. They said they were keeping generator engine records, they stack tested EP9, an annual report for EP9 was submitted, and they have a certificate of compliance for EP10. Randy said he would send me these records when he got back from vacation. He said Agriland had not supplied the fuel analysis for the engines yet.	BILL GROSS
6/3/2026	6/3/2026 email from Randy Glandon: I'm so sorry I haven't got back to you on this, I was out for awhile and have been slammed but have been working on it, as of right now I have it scheduled to do air quality testing done on July 9th and Ziegler says with the age of the engine there is no certificate, I will keep working on this to get it all completed.
