11/21/2012	I visited the site and met with Steve Thomas in order to see where they continued to deposit waste. We examined the fill area and the new leachate lagoon cell (see the attached email and photos for details). I also saw where litter needed to be collected especially from the outer slopes of the fill area; I saw none off-site. Steve acknowledged this and agreed to work on it. In addition, I saw leachate sepage on the north slope with a flow path along the access road to the deposition area. None was leaving the site. Steve and the operator agreed to address this as well.
