3/8/2011	On October 19, 2010 I stopped by the CRLCSWA Site #2 and met with Karmin McShane and John Foster. John Foster was the site supervisor for this facility, but had been promoted to Complaince Manager as of the day before my visit. We observed a "garbage sorting" operation being done by a hired contractor, G-R-G Analysis Co. They had been working all week on a garbage characterization of the Solid waste coming into the land fill. We also observed the new cell. It appears that the tire chip issues are being resolved and that filling of the new cell would begin shortly. It was anticipated that the liner would be properly covered with SW prior to the advent of winter weather as long as there were no more anticipated problems.	DOUG HAWKER
