8/13/2025	On 8/13/2025 I met with Ms. Karmin McShane on site. This site has been permitted as a transfer station and operations will occur in the recycling building. The floor is concrete, with concrete push off walls and large overhead doors. In addition, load out bays with built in scales are present. This facility has not begun transfer station operations yet, but anticipates starting up sometime in the future. A contract has been signed with a landfill in Rock Island Illinois to accept the waste when they begin operations.	CHAD KEHRLI
