11/30/2016	This is regarding the Boyd site (4045 Main Street in Keokuk - which had been KSC's BUD fill site for many years). I visited this site to assess the status of solid waste removal. The logging company appears to have departed although logs and mulch remain on site. Additional waste appeared to have been dumped near the northernmost building. No previously existing waste appeared to have been removed. Per Kurt Levetzow: Dan Logan with with State Central Bank called on 11/8/16 and had a few questions about cleaning up the site, which he’s planning to have done soon so they can sell it. He mentioned they’re taking Boyd to trial. I told him we’d be fine with them cleaning up the solid waste and pushing the existing foundry sand piles around to level everything off. He’s hoping to get some dirt in spread around also.	BRIAN LEE
