8/22/2025	On July 29, 2025 I conducted a site visit to assess the current conditions, since SE Iowa has had a fair amount of rainfall. I met a City of Keokuk employee actively pumping out the landfill leachate collection system. He mention that they have a SCADA system that notifies the City when the water level gets high. He said that this is his fifth load this week. He said most weeks, he pumps twice week. I observed a small amount of leachate flowing into the nearby stream. The city is actively working on the leachate management and have a contractor to address the landfill design to reduce any leachate from leaving the property.	RYAN STOUDER
