8/22/2014	Bert Noll and I visited the facility to observe the solid waste grinder unit. It was not in operation at the time of our visit due to mechanical issues. We discussed its general operation with Dan Hermes. Most waste except tires, slag, some paper waste, and other industrial waste is being ground and the metal is collected into a dumpster. This is all done at the working face. No ground waste or metal was available for observation. We did look at the working face and no issues were determined with the current activity.	BRIAN LEE
