11/20/2015	Mike Smith, Matt Phoenix (both IDNR SW Engineers),, Wade Hamm (GRRWA Superintendent) and I discussed and observed the closed cell. The leachate pumps are planned to be shut off and Mike and Matt wanted to review the area for seeps. No seeps were observed, but the FO will need to observe the south end of the closed area for seeps in the future. We also observed the working face and the waste grinder. Metal is not being separated at this time due to the low bid price. It is being incorporated into the working face. One dumpster of separated metal (and some mixed solid waste) is located under roof in the shed south of the working face. It may be sold once the price comes back up. Dumpsters of metal waste will need to be located over a lined cell and covered at the end of the day, should metal separation continue.	BRIAN LEE
