5/15/2015	Met with Leonard and Jake. Neither is clear who is the facility manager. I observed that a pile of C&D is being stored in the transfer station building. Leonard stated that it has been there for several weeks. I reminded Leonard and Jake that waste must not be stored for more than 48 hours. Leonard was confused about this rule and stated that it only applied to "garbage". I said that I would send them the IAC rules to review. I later contacted Jones County Solid Waste Commision Chairman Merle Tank. I stated that clarification was needed to identify who is managing the facility. I notified Mr. Tank of the violation of waste storage and reminded him that we dealt with this same situation last year. I mentioned that if the contract complany cannot keep up with waste hauling demands an alternate hauler would need to be available as needed. I also stated that a full inspection would be conducted in the near future.	CHRISTOPHER GELNER
