12/4/2024	I visited this site accompanied by Matt Calvert FO1. We observed that the electrical panel has been installed but is not yet connected. No other completed work was observed. It was further noted that no signs of a leachate release were visible. We met with Karl Taylor. Mr Taylor noted that the leachate loadout area should be fully functional ( as originally designed) by the end of the year. However, he was having trouble getting ahold of the contractor. He noted that they still may pump out of the overflow tank and we discussed using the area as designed because there was a built-in spill containment area. He noted that he's documenting visits to the load out area on the daily logs and the contractor is hauling more frequently to ensure no overflow occurs. Mr. Taylor agreed to continue to attempt to reach the contractor and let us know if any issues or completion will not occur by the end of the year. We will conduct a follow-up visit/contact to ensure the repairs are made.	AMBER SAUSER
