7/1/2016	I walked the closed Jones County Municipal Landfill to observe the condition of the final cover. I observed a couple of small patches lacking vegetation on the west side of the landfill. I also observed several small trees on the east side of the landfill that have not been mowed. I informed Mr. Gravel of the issues and he stated that he would address them.	CHRISTOPHER GELNER
