3/13/2013	New xfr station is 3/4 complete and will hopefully open prior to the end of April. Met with Mark Beck onsite. Temp. facility is currently handling around 10 tons/day. They estimate they will be able to load 20 tons by top-loading as opposed to using the old compactor. Three trailers are having their tops cut off for top-loading. I told Mark I'd return once the building is being used.	BRIAN JERGENSON
