3/30/2012	I conducted a quarterly site visit to the Rural Iowa Waste Management Agency landfill in Eldora on 28MAR12. I met with operator Bruce Rewoldt, reviewed load check records and inspected the facility. The working face was appropriately sized and litter fencing was in place. Overall litter control was very good. The intermediate cover deficiencies noticed in the last visit were addressed, and there were no leachate spills noted in the leachate load out area. No material deficiencies were noted during this visit.	DAVID MILLER
