7/6/2022	During the routine closed landfill and transfer station inspection, I found that the facility was no longer conducting appliance de-manufacturing. All appliances (white goods) without refrigerant must be be de-manufactured prior to disposal or handled as white goods that require de-manufacturing by a licensed facility. Currently Quandt from Carroll handles the refrigerant appliances but other white goods have been accepted without proper documentation that they have been de-manufactured. The facility will be required to comply with 567 IAC 118 immediately.	WENDY WITTROCK
