5/12/2016	Met with Willy O'Brien, Josh Contreraz and Michael Reinert to discuss problems with UV operation. The system went down on May 6th and May 10 for 10 and 3.5 hours respectively. Wastewater splits into two UV channels, and on both occasions only one channel shut down. We discussed the need to sample and report. We also discussed possible solutions such as redundancy or automatic backups.	BRIAN JERGENSON
