1/3/2014	On 11/21/13, I accompanied Amber Sauser and Chris Gelner on an inspection of the Dubuque Municipal Landfill. Amber was training Chris on this particular landfill as she has inspected it for a number of years. I followed up to a complaint regarding excessive litter that I had looked at earlier in the month. There was a work crew of temporary workers slogging through the mud on this date picking up litter all around the landfill. No litter was observed off the landfill property.	DOUG HAWKER
