11/18/2019	As part of my fall of 2019 tour of MSW landfills in FO6, I stopped at the Clinton Co Sanitary Landfill and met with Brad Seward. Brad and I toured the landfill and discussed general operations and their new contractor (Rittmer), looked at the working face (which looked good). We also looked at intermediate cover which looked better than it has in past visits, litter wasn't horrible, their borrow area on the far west side continues as that where future cells will be built. Looked like they had plenty of freeboard in their leachate lagoon. Recycling operations looked fine. Overall, the landfill looked good.	KURT LEVETZOW
