4/30/2019	While in the area for various open burning complaint investigations, I stopped at the closed landfill to check on the status of former leachate seeps, which has been an issue for years, I walked down to the southern edge of the property and found another large seep. I took several photos and left. I emailed photos to Matt Graesch asking for advice. Matt forwarded the pics to Cindy Turkle, environmental consultant for the County. Cindy called and said she was just out at the landfill doing her own visit about 10 days prior and didn't observe the seep. We discussed the location of the seep and I sent her a snippet of the exact location via email. Cindy said she'd contact Gary Crock at the XFR Station to see what his thoughts are and if he can get some equipment out there to repair it.	KURT LEVETZOW
