2/9/2012	Tom Cain called on 8FEB12 and stated that he had ordered the high level alarm and would have it installed within a few weeks.	DAVID MILLER
11/14/2011	Conducted routine annual inspection on 7NOV11. Spoke with Manager Tom Cain, toured the facility and examined records. Found everything to be in order except there was no high level alarm on the wash water tank. Put Mr. Cain in touch with DNR's Chad Stobbe and they reached agreement on what piece of equipment was needed. Se inspection report.	DAVID MILLER
