8/4/2020	Mike Smith, Geoff Spain, and I met with Doug Luzbetak, John Roosa, and Todd Fisher to examine the stormwater and leachate collection systems at the south end of the site. Water in the sediment basin was relatively clear. Leachate seepage had been sealed and most erosion on the south slope had been repaired. We discussed possible changes to the stormwater and leachate systems. Boone County is required to submit a plan within the next two months. I later found no water discharging from the waterway emanating from the landfill to Honey Creek to the south. See the attached photos.	BILL GROSS
