10/31/2011	Visited wet well solid land application site to determine if facility was in compliance with 567 IAC 121. I noted the wet well solids appeared to have been applied in a form that was not consistent with what we would expect (pass paint filter test to be considered solid wasted for under 2 ton exemption). I confirmed the requirement with Jon Tack and relayed information to Kim Rasmussen, Tyson. This facility applies the wet well solids twice/year and will have to come up with a dewatering method prior to next spring's application. I also reminded them they need to incorporate within 48 hours.	BRIAN JERGENSON
