5/12/2014	Visited to follow up on April visit deficiencies. Wood waste had been ground up, storm water controls had been cleaned out, appliances were being stored updright as appropriate and the leachate lagoon had been drained with leachate hauled to Vinton. The old cell still needs final cover and seeding. Wind blown litter was better than during my April visit, but Pam said they are still working on that. I spoke with Pam and Mike during my visit. Weather was 65 degrees and rain; haul road was in good shape considering the rain.	BRIAN JERGENSON
