9/21/2017	On 9/13/2017 I received an email from landfill operator Eric Werner that proper cover had been applied to areas in question on my 8/28/2017 site visit. In addition, a follow up email from Mr. Werner on 9/15/17 stated that he had met with their landfill engineer on site and discussed fill sequence, made some adjustments to it and will be following their plan in the future.
