3/21/2013	Met with Dave Mooney at the CCC. Dave said tonnage has been very low during the winter. Facility is still in good standing with the Delavan, WI landfill. Prices for recycled material are down so they have been storing recycled materials a little longer than in the past. I reminded Dave we generally require shipping of recycled materials within six months of collection. The CCC was well maintained, orderly and adequately staffed during the visit.	BRIAN JERGENSON
