11/5/2015 I visited this facility on 11/5/15 to follow up on the wastewater dumping that had occurred in September. At the time of my arrival 12:45 p.m. they were irrigating from the eastern most pivot system, west of Wilson Ave. I stopped on the Wilson Ave. road entrance to check manure haulers certification. The person running the skid loader that was loading the side dump trucks got on the radio and within a few minutes the irrigation system was shut down. There was no signage along the roadway as required in the permit operational conditions and there were no standing crops at all, the beans had been harvested. There was some pooling of water in the field, but it could have been rain water or wastewater. There was a hose and traveling gun also set up right next to the irrigation unit that had been pumping out the containment basin they had built for runoff from the bird flu composting piles. This was not running during my visit, but photos were taken. The area east of the buildings and wood chip piles where the previous dumping of wastewater had taken place had now been built up about 2 feet along the west edge of the cornfield to contain water. A large area now contains several inches of "water" (about 6 to 8 inches) between the wood chips and cornfield. It is unknown what this water is. In about 6 places the "water" had cut channels and overtopped the berm and had run again into the cornfield. I walked part way into the cornfield and sunk down about 6 inches in the clay type soil. The corn had not yet been harvested, but all other fields within miles had been picked. The previous yellow beehive tile intake to the SE of the new "pond" had been surrounded by a large metal box. Photos were taken. I tried to call Terry Hudgens two times, but his phone went to voicemail. I left him a message that I would be on site and asked that he call me.
