3/3/2023	Talked to Rob Saunders today about not collecting the other 24-hour composite samples due to low flow. I told him if they can get a grab sample (in lieu of a 24-hour composite sample) once per week, that is what you should do. Having no data for the week (for parameters with a weekly monitoring frequency) will be flagged on our compliance reports as a "failure to report". Having a data present each week(regardless if it's a grab or composite) will keep it from being flagged. If there is truly no flow for the week, then leave it blank and add a statement to the comment box on the DMR and we'll address it at the time of our next inspection.	TERRY JONES
2/28/2023	OGS is closing their ash pond and flows to 001 have been intermittent. They asking if they can collect grab samples in lieu of composite samples until pond closure is completed later this year. See attached email chain.	TERRY JONES
