1/31/2011	A review of possible non-compliance for this facility revealed that pH for outfall 002 was not being recorded in the NDPS database. However, the facility was reporting the pH on the monthly reports. We discovered that the pH column in the NDPS database was not highlighted so the data entry person was not aware that pH should be entered into NDPS. This issue has been corrected and the pH for outfall 002 will be entered in the database from now on.	JIM SIEVERS
