4/3/2018	On March 9, 2018 we received a Manure Management Plan (MMP) and Construction Design Statement (CDS) for construction of a new unpermitted swine confinement site. On April 2, 2018 a letter was sent to the owner approving the MMP and CDS and giving a construction start date of April 8, 2018 (see attached letter & attached MMP Summary).	BILL GIBBONS
