3/1/2013	Conducted compliance review and sent an e-mail to the permit writer. I reviewed the data since the permit was issued in November 2008. Their MORs are complete and on time. They have not had any AOs or compliance schedules. They have had several effluent violations and would have been considered to be in SNC for TRC in 2009-2010 and for ammonia in 2010. However, they have made adjustments to their treatment and have gotten back into compliance. In 2011 and 2012, they only had one effluent violation (for DO). Therefore, I would recommend proceeding with the permit renewal without enforcement action.	SHEILA KENNY
