5/27/2025	pecial Notice Letter from EPA outlining that Mid-America Development Company has been named as the Responsible Party for the Lot 46 Valley Gardens TCE Site in Des Moines. This is the site that is just south of Des Moines Water Works. Mid-America Development Company is now responsible for the costs of cleaning up the site. More to come on this, but this is big news.
