10/3/2022 Received NOV Response letter 9/19/2022 from Harm Jass the new director of the Rural Iowa Landfill. It stated that they reached out to their engineering firm and confirmed that it did indeed look like there were some months in which the gallons that were hauled caused the ammonia limits to be exceeded. During this time the Landfill was without a Director. See letter for further details. ISAIAH LARY

Data we have on file also indicates exceedances; however, our numbers are not matching up with those in the NOV. Would it be possible for us to get a copy of Monthly Operating Reports for February, April, and May 2022 (the months when the violations occurred) so we can double check the data we have.
