9/21/2021 During the 6 month review, it was noted that Lehigh had several daily maximum violations for TSS. After speaking with Bill Spangler, it was determined these were reporting errors and corrected DMRs were received. Additionally, it was noted that non reported data elements were being caused by not reporting flows when samples were taken which lead to lbs/day not being calculated. JACOB DONAGHY
