12/17/2014	12-16-14 i stopped and visited with Troy Sedore, verified that he's not added any more shingles to the area where he'd previously dumped shingles, he's going to put asphalt over those shingles to comply with the "hard surface road construction", he ground up the house and plans to haul it to the landfill, he's hired a fence construction company to build his perimeter fence around his facility which they were actively working on the 16th when i was there, he's planning to hang the sign on his new fence once it's constructed, and i reminded him to not store too much waste oil onsite or he'll trigger SPCC (~1300 gallons i believe).
