10/12/2026 Has a gas powered pump, still waiting on the electrician. But, the irrigation piping has been installed. Spraying the gravel to use as dust control with a spray gun on the end of an irrigation system. Has a hose running up to it. If the ground doesn't soak it up, all runoff goes back to the basin. 9/3/2026 Update from Trenton Cheers on 9-2-26: Voicemail received: They met with the irrigation company today and got a parts list and will get everything ordered. It looks like it's about 4-6 weeks out on delivery. Once they have everything it shouldn't take more than a day to install. They also got the electrician to run a 3 phase to the edge of the pond to install the pump. They will continue to flood irrigate for now to keep the pond level low enough to prevent it from overflowing. ALISON MANZ
8/5/2026 I spoke with Trenton Cheers and Shawn Miller who stated they are still actively working on the irrigation system. They have a meeting scheduled with a team that will help with the installation but that won't be for another 2-3 weeks. I told them we could extend the deadline but, in the interim, total containment is still required. ALISON MANZ
7/20/2026 Dean Carstens phone call: What is the status? We discussed the plan for irrigating the water. He is upset that the grassed waterway is pretty much nonexistant now. He stated it was shaped and seeded in April but then when they opened the valve to their basin it washed it all away. ALISON MANZ
7/14/2026 Email from Trenton Cheers on 7/13/26: I just wanted to give you an update on the dewatering plan for our Canby facility. I am still waiting for a quote from the irrigation company that has the dewatering gun. I know I'm supposed to have something in writing for you by the 15th. I'm hoping to have an answer here in the next couple days and I can put a plan together for a dewatering solution. Thank you for understanding. ALISON MANZ
