4/27/2026	This complaint was investigated on 4/27/26. On the East and West sides of Oakcrest Hill Rd SE were two burn piles with various solid waste items being improperly disposed of. This is now the second NOV issued in less than a year for solid waste disposal (complaint #35011). An NOV will be issued and if continued illegal burning continues this site will be referred. 			Jocelyn with JB Schott Farms reached out to discuss the NOV letter. She mentioned that they were burning pesticide containers and feed bags which are allowed. Due to the other burn pile near a residence the NOV will still stand and clean up of the burn pile is still required. A follow up will still take place.
			Follow up 6/3/26 - property back into compliance.
