3/26/2026	There are multiple tanks in the basement of Building 61 that hold different products. When there is a product change, the tanks are cleaned, and the wastewater is dumped onto the ground. The basement floor drains are connected to the City of Cedar Rapids collection system, which leads to the wastewater treatment plant (see engineered plant layout). Some areas of the basement do not drain well to the floor drains. On the day of the inspection, contractors were present, testing for black mold, and the area was cordoned off to limit access. N95 masks were provided for any employees who were to enter the area. It was recommended to squeegee the wastewater to the drain to eliminate standing water in the basement.	MATT CALVERT
