3/2/2026	As this complaint was called in on a Friday PM and the distance from our office to the landfill I was unable to observe the actual conditions in the complaint. Therefore I called landfill manager Brad Seward to discuss. Brad explained that while it was windy that day it did not exceed the 35 mph shutdown in their operations plan. He also said that he suspected the complaint may have been an individual that was dumping a regular garbage load next to a load of dusty material and had dust blown onto him. Brad said he recommends such loads are dumped away from others or vice verca. In any case we discussed windy conditions preparations like using portable litter fences and the fact they will need to monitor any wind blown litter. No further action is required.	BERT NOLL
