11/20/2015	Jim Kacer and I observed Troy Sedore's private property from Henry McCracken's private property located directly east of Sedore's residential property. We took photographs on Kacer's phone, which zooms in much better than my (KRL) camera does. The photos clearly show solid waste dumped, spread out and some piled up, and very clearly shows burned and charred remanents of dimensional lumber. Also piled in same general area is what appears to be piles and piles of ground up C&D waste....the same material he's created and stockpiled at his transfer station from grinding up C&D from residential demolition projects. During a meeting with Troy and his attorney today (11-20-15), Troy stated that he's hauled the mulch from his transfer station building and has receipts to show proper disposal of the co-mingled mulch/solid waste.
