7/16/2018	I visited the site and met with Rick Parrish, assistant manager, and Dave Massey (by phone, manager, after much or the flood cleanup had been completed. I did not see evidence of a transfer station. There were mainly empty roll-offs and residential containers on-site.	BILL GROSS
