2/4/2021	I stopped and visited with Ed Miller, manager. Ed stated that their compactor/baler has been breaking down on and off again for the last couple of months. Currently the baler is working again. Ed estimated that it will take about 2 weeks to get caught up with the cardboard baling. I observed a large pile of unbaled cardboard outside of the building. The cardboard has been deliberately piled neatly. No evidence of material leaving the premises were observed. Mr. Miller is going to inform the FO when he is all caught up again.	CHRISTOPHER GELNER
