5/8/2020	improper disposal of dead animals	RHONDA PAHL
4/30/2020	Verified ~40 dead cows dumped in a ravine and under a bunch of trees. A lot of maggots that have drained into the pond also. When I spoke with the owner he said there were about 15 dead cows that he dumped there this past winter. I told him that this appears to be on-going as the cows were in various stages of decay and there were a lot more than 15. I also advised that the animals must be excavated, along with the dirt and maggots, by Friday.	ALISON MANZ
