3/20/2020	Via phone, I discussed photos with Jerod Walz. Looks like about an inch of rain fell yesterday. He agreed to add 4 sets of straw bales to help control yellow clayish water from discharging into Meyer's waterway. He would start work today and finish on Sat. Discussed seeding, covering and controling run off. Emailed Larry my investigation. NFA at this time.	TOM MCCARTHY
