6/26/2017	I visited the site on the afternoon of 6/23/17. No one was on site and construction activities were halted. The site was muddy from a recent rain. I walked the southern controlled waterway to the property line and then proceeded along the northern boundary to the construction site. Controls were inspected and were working. Little erosion had occurred at the construction site. No discharge was observed. After leaving the site I contacted neighbors who stated 1.5" of rain had occurred in the last 36 hrs and no discharge through the grassed waterway was observed. I then returned a phone message from a concerned individual and contacted Mr. Jon Hammen, project manager, with my results. No violation was observed.	RICK MARTENS
