10/14/2024	I looked in the afo database and found the site in question is a safo. When I drove to the site of the complaint I noticed the manure had been injected into the soil. The manure met all setback requirements for being a safo. I tried to call the complainant and left a voice mail explaining the findings.	JEFFREY THOMANN
