5/11/2018	Wade is pumping down his settling basin (large u shaped one) which has gotten full with last big snows and rains. Very little manure in it, but I cautioned him there would be nutrients. He said it is moving 1/4 mile in to 7 hours. He has lowered the basin 2 to 3 inches and needs to get it lowered to go into summer. He knew the complainant and said it could not be getting into his field. No chance to get to water as he sits in a bowl. He will shut it down by noon and wait for better weather.	LOIS BENSON
