7/10/2015	While conducting a landfill inspection, I found the area around the recycling bin clean. I discussed the amount of space allotted for recycling with landfill manager Marcia Beeler. She indicated that the recycling company does not always take the bin in a timely manner. She said they were scheduled to take it the next day. I told the complainant to talk the Madison Co. BOS about siting a container in Winterset.	BILL GROSS
