9/9/2015	This is a new 2400 head site that submitted a MMP and CDS. No onsite survey is required. Neighbor notification is not required. Discussed the process with Mrs. Glenney. She called back later and asked for the dimensions of the building and where the manure would be spread. I discussed the concept and dynamics of the MMP and emailed her the dimensions page of the CDS and the plat maps where manure application could occur.	JEFF PRIER
